Dr. Dinesh Sharma is a highly experienced finance professional with over 30 years of expertise in financial planning and management. He has been recognized with multiple CFO awards and holds a Doctorate in Management (Finance), an MBA in Finance, and is a CMA finalist. Dr. Dinesh has successfully dealt with financial institutions and non-banking financial companies, resolving queries and executing loan proposals at favorable interest rates. His key areas of expertise include new business and commercial negotiations, commercial due diligence, risk assessment and governance, P&L management, and credit control. Currently, he leads the Virtual CFO and Financial Services Division at SRP Global Consultants, a prominent taxation and accounting firm in Delhi NCR. Dr. Dinesh's notable achievements include receiving Global CFO Excellence Awards, being named CFO of the Year, and earning recognition for his innovation and leadership in the security services sector.
